Revision Suzuki 250HP V6

A large amount of cooling water ended up in the oil sump, but where this leak was was unknown. A complete disassembly of the engine block was necessary. Here we found a bolt in the cylinder head that did not come from Suzuki, which suggests that it had already been worked on earlier. In addition, the block was not mounted at the correct tension. After honing and milling all critical sealing surfaces, the engine was reassembled with the greatest precision. In the meantime, it has been in service for 2 seasons without any problems.

Rebuild console, equipment and engine to new hull

This fisherman has been a customer of ours for a long time. The hull of his Capelli Work 750 cracked time and time again, making it an extremely unreliable boat. We looked at possible solutions together with the customer and came to rebuild the entire console, engine, equipment, ... to a completely new rigid hull that is fully suitable for our rough North Sea.

Delivery of RIBs and engines for our Belgian Coastal Rescue Service

We delivered two custom-made Tornados to the Belgian Coastal Rescue Service, which are used daily by rescuers. After several meetings and tests with chief rescuers, one boat was equipped with a Yamaha 40HP engine and the other with a 60HP engine. After one season, the combination with the 60HP proved to offer the best result for their use.

Retubing VSR voor WWSV

Retubing two VSR RIBs for Wind and Water Sports Flanders

Just before the summer of 2023, WWSV approached us to repair a tear in the tube of their VSR 5.8R. Given the condition of the old tube, it was decided to provide a complete retubing. The boat is now back in top shape to support the Belgian Olympic sailing team. For the summer of 2024, we have also provided a second VSR 5.8R with a new tube.
